Microwave No Bake Chocolate Cookies
***3 points per cookie or less***
Makes 30 - 36 Cookies

1 stk margarine 1 tsp vanilla
c milk c peanut butter
2 c sugar 3 c quick cooking oats
pinch salt
4 Tblsp cocoa

Place margarine & milk in a large microwave safe bowl. Microwave on high for
1 minute. Stir and add the milk, sugar, cocoa and salt. Microwave on high
for 6 minutes, stirring after every 2 minutes. Remove from microwave. Add
vanilla and peanut butter, mix well, then add oatmeal and mix well. Drop on
wax paper by teaspoon or tablespoon.

I figured the points based on regular products, no low fat, etc. I am afraid
the low fat products may cause the cookies not to harden. The total point
count is 92. If you get 30 cookies, that is about 3 points each.

Here is a smaller recipe for the above:
I made 1/4 the receipe-(My measurements below) I strongly recommend this.
They are very good and 7 cookies are more than to many to have around for
me.

2 TBLS "I can't believe its not butter light)
1/2 t vanilla
2 TBLS 1% milk
2 TBLS Peanut butter(Jiff reg)
3 TBLS Sugar
5 TBLS Splenda
3/4 c quick cooking oats
pinch salt
1 TBLS cocoa

Follow the recipe from below post. 2 points a piece this way. Makes 7
cookies. AGAIN THEY ARE VERY GOOD-SMALL so it is easy to eat more than one.
