Buttermilk Pancakes~~~~makes 3 servings. Serving size is 3 (4 inch)
pancakes. At 6 points per serving

1 cup all purpose flour
2 tablespoons sugar
1 tsp. baking powder
1/2 tsp. baking soda
1/4 tsp. salt
1 cup lowfat buttermilk
1 Tablespoon vegetable or canola oil
1 large egg, lightly beaten
cooking spray
1. Combine first 5 ingrediants in a large bowl;stir welll, and make a well in
center of mixture. Combine buttermilk, oil, and egg. Stir well. Add to four
mixture, stirring until moist.
2. Pour 1/4 cup batter for each pancake onto a hot nonstick griddle or
nonstick skillet that has been sprayed with cooking spray(pam). Turn pancakes
when the tops are covered with bubbles and edges look cooked.
3. Yield: 3 servings. Each serving is 3 pancakes.
points per serving: 6.
* you could lower points further by substituting egg beaters for the eggs and
a tablespoon of "baking healthy" it's a an oil and fat replacement for
baking. A
TBSP of applesauce would be the same equivelent.




Skillet Hash
1/2 cup cooked lean ham, diced
1/2 cup cooked potato, diced
2 cups tomato, chopped (I substitute salsa for tomatoes in the off season)
Green bell pepper, onion and mushroom, diced (amount to taste)
dash of worsteshire sauce
salt & pepper to taste
cooking spray (I like to use the olive oil flavored one)
in a nonstick pan, saute green pepper, onion and mushrooms till tender. Add
remaining ingredients. Cook, stirring until heated through.
4.5 points, and a great jump on your veggies for the day.






Asparagus Omlette
3 egg whites
1 whole egg
1/2 cup steamed asparagus
1 oz 2% shredded cheddar cheese.
top with Salsa
4 points.
I am sure everyone knows how to prepare an omlette


WHITE MUFFIN
3 egg whites
6 slices of Healthy Choice Ham or turkey
1 Lite English Muffin
pepper to taste and 1 tsp. ketchup
Scramble 3 egg whites in PAM, turn. Add Ham or Turkey and brown
lightly.
Add to toasted English. 3 pts. per serving.


BACON AND TOMATOE SANDWICH
3 pc bacon
sliced tomotoe
2 pc light bread toasted
mayo is optional but it ads points so i dont use it
this is a 4 point breakfast and fills me up and makes me thirsty enough to even drink a glass of water with it lol

Oatmeal
instant oatmeal filling and low in points as well
bowl of cereal with milk 5 points
1 egg 2 pc bacon 2 pc light bread toasted 5points as long as you dont cook your egg in grease. i also use a thing in my microwave where the bacon hangs down and lets all the fat drip off i have not cooked bacon on the stove in like forever lol
