Spray pan(s) with Pam. Combine first 4 ingredients and set aside. In larger bowl, whisk together remainder. Add flour mixture all at once and stir gently to blend. Pour batter into pan(s) and bake 50-60 mins. or until knife inserted comes clean. Cool before slicing. The whole bread comes out to 29 1/2 points. I think you can get 15 good size slices for 2 points each. Shelly 12 muffins 2 points each 2 cups Kellogg's All Bran (or Fiber One) 1 1/2 cups skim milk 1 1/4 cups flour 1/4 cup sugar 1/4 cup apple butter 1/4 cup egg substitute 1 1/2 teaspoons cinnamon 1 tablespoon plus 1 teaspoon baking powder 1/2 cup raisins 1/4 cup finely chopped nuts Small can crushed pineapple, drained Combine cereal and milk and let stand 15-20 minutes.
